At File - GsmRelife (file.gsmrelife.com), all our products and services—including mobile firmware, stock ROMs, server credits, VIP download packages, and tool activations—are delivered as instant digital goods.
Due to the non-tangible, irreversible nature of digital content, all sales of digital goods are final and cannot be canceled once an order is placed or payment is processed.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the digital transaction is executed immediately:
Instant Access & Downloads: Because download links, server bandwidth, and digital file access are provisioned automatically upon payment confirmation, orders cannot be canceled, stopped, or revoked.
Tool Activations & Credits: Digital license keys, credits, and server activations bound to a specific hardware ID or account username cannot be canceled or reassigned once generated.
Downloaded Content: If you have initiated a download or accessed premium technical files, the product is considered fully delivered and consumed.
A cancellation will only be accepted under the following strict condition:
Pending / Unprocessed Orders: If your order payment is marked as "Pending" and system access, serial activation, or download privileges have not yet been delivered or generated by our automated system, you may contact support to cancel the order.
Note: Once automated delivery or activation occurs, cancellation is immediately impossible.
Cancel Future Renewal: If you are on a recurring billing plan, you may cancel your future automatic renewals at any time before the next billing date.
Current Billing Cycle: Canceling auto-renewal stops future charges only. It does not cancel, refund, or reverse the active paid subscription cycle.
